  Had a terrible experience here today. YESTERDAY I purchased a dress and a bracelet. When I got home and had time to examine the way the dress fit, it just did not look right. I also noticed that I had an almost identical bracelet as the one I bought. Thinking no big deal, I would exchange the dress and return the bracelet. I went in all smiles. The owner very snooty-like said they do not allow for returned jewelry. The tag was still on it by the way. Since I had cut off the tag to the dress she said that nope, they would not allow for a return nor exchange. I went in with the full intention of finding something to exchange for the dress! I was never told nor saw in writing that they do not allow for returned jewelry (which had the tag on it) or clothes with tags cut off. I repeat, I had just made these purchases yesterday. Bad business practices and snooty owner=lost customer and this review. To clarify, this was at the Riverside location in Brooklyn Station.
